Half Grilled
Half Grilled is a vegetarian cloud kitchen in Deen Dayal Nagar, Gwalior. On 5 February 2025 the kitchen introduced itself on Instagram as Gwalior’s new favourite cloud kitchen — open 24/7.
Zomato lists the kitchen as vegetarian only, delivery only, with no seating. The food is the product: fresh-dough pizza and pasta, burgers, grilled sandwiches, Indo-Chinese, Maggi, shakes and snack sides.
We don’t invent origin myths, awards or “best in Gwalior” lines. If you want the long version, it’s this: Gwalior, Maharaja Complex, all veg, all hours, order when the craving hits.
